Our bees are free to roam and forage all the wildflowers in the Crabtree Valley, Southern Tasmania. The bees are cared for in as natural a way as possible and excess honey is harvested from the hive that the bees do not need for winter.
Our honey is harvested straight from the hive, strained and poured into jars with as minimal handling as possible.
Our honey is a raw, unheated honey and so the honey may crystallise in the jar. To return honey to a liquid state, place jar in a sink of warm water.
Honey is packaged in recyclable glass jars.
